Pegasus Marshal’s Mate
US Marshals-shifter series #2
Fantasy Romance, Psychic romance
Her new beginning is off to a bad start…
Tiffani's first marriage was a disaster. And now her first day of her new life as a court reporter has involved a jackass judge, a bomb threat…and a sexy silver fox of a US Marshal. One who tempts Tiffani to give up her new determination to prove she doesn't need a man. But if she's going to show everyone she's more than just air-headed arm-candy, she can't just fall into those gorgeous, muscled arms…right?
Pegasus shifter Martin thought he'd never find his mate. After losing his wife, he gave up on love entirely. But one look at Tiffani and he knows he needs this smart, funny, gorgeous woman. All he wants is to give her the romance she deserves—and the protection she just might need.
Between the trial of the century, petty dictator bosses, and a senior citizen flash mob, Tiffani and Martin will have to steal time for their second chance at love. But who better than a pegasus shifter to sweep a woman off her feet?
The Pegasus Marshal's Mate is a standalone paranormal romance. If you love shifter romances full of passion, thrills, and humor, one-click today!
A romance for the (slightly) older generation – say 40s and up. And a second chance romance with, dare I say it, unexpected family additions.
A gentle style of writing with some humour that produces a smile.
This is set around a white collar crime court case, witnesses and Marshals doing protection work.

I’m always a fan of Nora Roberts like so many readers, especially when she gets her ‘witchy’ hat on, and whilst this isn’t a witch story, it has plenty of fantasy for Nora to spin into a different world time.
I also like Apocalypse books when they have something new to offer but the standard vampire/ghoul/zombie stuff, doesn’t do it for me. Here we have a different ‘Doom’. Yes, it is a virus but there we leave the trope to find our way into a new world with Fallon our heroine.
Nora Roberts has good heroines. They are smart, they are feisty and they get things done. They have a destiny and aren’t afraid to pursue it.
Nora mixes up the heroine’s story with that of a community coming to terms with the new world order. As her first foray into the new world order and apocalypse fantasy writing, the story reads well and has great promise for future instalments.

As dragon shifters, Rhodes and Zinnia should never have fallen in love. Why? Zin’s a princess while Rhodes is only the hired help. If the pair remain in the dragon realm, then age-old prejudices might tear them apart. But returning to Earth isn’t any better. In the human world, Rhodes and Zin are a musical sensation … and fame’s an even bigger relationship killer. Bottom line? Rhodes has huge decisions to make, both for himself and Zin. Unfortunately, it isn’t clear what path—if any—will end with Rhodes and his love having a future together. ANGELBOUND OFFSPRING
This is the latest in the spin-off series from AngelBound. These tell the stories of the children and grandchildren of our original hero and heroine and more about the different species that inhabit their worlds.
Here we have 2 dragons – including one who cannot breathe fire. She and her sister are in a tower, guarded from the world, because there have been threats against them. The threats come from followers of the old Emperor who had been defeated in a previous story.
My main issue with this book is that as these stories continue to be written, the age range (apart from one scene in this book) seems to get younger. This means the stories are shorter and more simplistic than the original series. In my mind this is a shame but …

She sacrificed herself to save her family from poverty…The ball was only the beginning. It wasn’t enough to kill my mate, heir to the throne. My obsessive Fae brother-in-law wants the crown. And he wants me ruling by his side. I thought I was done with romance until a certain pompous elf reappeared in my life at the illustrious Monster Ball. A little teasing led to bruised lips and captured hearts. No one wants Jhaeros and me to be together, not even my favorite sister, Melarue. But she’s a teenager just coming into her elemental powers and discovering boys—the wrong kind—the type I want to shoot arrows through. My royal in-laws are playing a treacherous game, and my brother-in-law is determined to get what he wants. But this elf princess no longer has a master. I don’t want a crown. I want freedom, family, and the love of a lifetime. But love might be the one thing that destroys us all. **This book will now include the prequel novella Enemies and Lovers.
could recommend a living author – who would it be? A dead author?
one? I am a huge Sarah J. Maas fan. Her storytelling and characters steal me
away in every single one of her books. For a deceased author, I’d go with Jane
Austen. I love her humor and all the family scandal that goes along with her
opinion who is the funniest author now writing?
Rainbow Rowell is cracking me up with her Simon Snow series. Listening to Wayward
Son in bed on audiobook my entire body was shaking with laughter (while my
husband was trying to get to sleep).
have you done with the things you wrote when in school?
my spiral notebooks and three ringed binders stuffed with stories used to be
stored in boxes beneath the stairs of my mom’s house in Alaska. She recently
dumped them off at my current address in Washington State. Now they’re shoved
in my closets. I’d never take the time to reread them, but I haven’t been able
to bring myself to throw them into the recycle bin.
have any pets?
have a Westie named Cosmo. He will be 14 years old soon and has been my sweet
little writing (and reading) buddy all along. With writing being such an isolated
endeavor, having his company is a huge comfort. Luckily, he can’t reach my
keyboard the way a cat can. He does like to sleep behind the wheels of my chair, so I have to watch out that I don’t back up and roll over
your books are you most proud of?
super stoked about my current series: Royal Conquest (Stolen Princess). It’s
outlandish, unpredictable, steamy, and laugh-out-loud funny. Watching readers
become hyper over how much they enjoyed the characters gives me an overwhelming
sense of satisfaction and pride. Fans fuel the flames and keep the series
have an unusual hobby?
I enjoy motorcycling. This is my husband’s passion. I never expected to take any part of it until six years ago when we were living on a remote island with a max speed of 40 MPH. I was getting bored with island life and figured that if I was ever going to learn, that was the best place to do it. It really revved up our relationship and gave us something fun to do on (sunny) weekends.
If you could choose to live in another country/town – which would you choose? And why?
I wish I knew! One thing is certain, my husband and I dream of living someplace sunny and warm most of the year. I was born and raised in Alaska for the first thirty years of my life. My husband grew up near Paris, which has Seattle’s similar overcast and rain. Somehow, we ended up in the Pacific Northwest with rain, rain, gray, gray, gray. Not ideal for motorcycling or healthy dose of vitamin D!
